To sort overwhelm:
- 👉Do a brain dump....list everything on paper
- 👉Circle what truly matters
- 👉Transfer the circled items to a new piece of paper
- 👉Focus on one item at a time
- Park everything else INTENTIONALLY - take a photo of the full list and keep it in your notes - discard the paper - refer to the photo if you ever need
