The thing you’re avoiding is the thing you need.
Every time you feel resistance, remember this. Resistance only shows up when something actually matters. It doesn’t show up for the easy stuff. It doesn’t show up for distractions. It shows up when you are on the edge of growth. I have felt resistance before every big move I ever made. Writing my first book. Launching my first course. Making my first hire. Every single time. If you are feeling it today… good. It means you are standing at a doorway. Push through it. On the other side is the version of you you’ve been trying to become. Question for the group:What are you feeling resistance around right now? Drop it below. This is the room where we beat it together.

Experimenting with voice agents for client work — curious what’s actually working
I’ve been spending the last month exploring voice agents , not from a “launch a startup” perspective, but more from “can this genuinely drive client results?” Tried a mix of approaches: some DIY with telephony + LLMs, plus a couple of plug-and-play platforms like Feather to see how much effort differs. Some patterns stood out: -> Clients engage way more over calls than emails/texts -> Follow-ups actually happen -> Lead qualification speeds up considerably That said, results vary a lot depending on the setup and platform. I’m curious: is anyone actively using voice agents in their workflow or client delivery? What’s working well, and what’s falling short?
Reinventing Santa: Why Santa Needs an Upgrade
Reinventing Santa: Why Santa Needs an Upgrade I’ve been playing around with AI, and this is the version of Santa that came to me—one that finally makes sense for the world we live in today. In 2025, I decided Santa needed a makeover. Kids look up to him, so why keep promoting an image of a jolly, overweight man who can barely climb a chimney? A figure children admire should reflect health, discipline, confidence, and self-respect. This new Santa is still warm and kind, but he’s strong, fit, handsome, and intentional. He takes care of himself the same way he takes care of everyone else. And honestly—why couldn’t Santa drive a red Hummer stretcher or fly a personal red plane? It actually makes more sense. He delivers gifts like a courier, rolling a dolly stacked with presents to each home. Waiting for him outside is a tuna sandwich, fruit, nuts, and hot tea. If we want him to be healthy, we should feed him like we mean it. But what I love most is the “Kindness Tracker”—a glowing little device Santa carries that lights up whenever a child shows compassion, honesty, or generosity. Your house isn’t on his route because of your wish list. It’s on his route because of your character. Let’s just make it an app on his cell phone. This Santa isn’t just magical. He’s modern, he’s meaningful, and he inspires kids to rise—not settle. Isn’t it wonderful what AI can do? 💋🎄💋

Do you keep your new AI super-power quiet or share it?
I’ve been experimenting with some different synthetic AI tools recently and have been genuinely astonished at how fast certain things can be built when everything clicks. Tasks that used to be multi-week or multi-month projects can now be turned around in an evening. It has left me wondering how others here approach this. When you suddenly realise you can create things far more quickly than anyone expects, do you keep that as part of your secret sauce, or do you share it with clients or collaborators as part of the value you bring? I’m curious how people here think about this shift in speed and expectations. It has definitely changed how I see what’s possible. One thing I’ve been thinking about is whether the speed itself changes how others perceive the value. If something can now be built in hours rather than months, do clients still value the outcome in the same way, or does the reduction in effort make them assume it is less significant? I’m interested in how people here navigate that balance.
