Are Your Habits Matching Your Goals?
It’s June 1st, which makes this a good time to step back and ask yourself a hard question: Are you actually doing the things required to build the business or life that you say you want? Not thinking about it. Not planning it. Not consuming more content about it. Actually doing it. Because as entrepreneurs and success seekers, we can convince ourselves we’re “working” while avoiding the handful of things that actually move the needle. The outreach. The follow up. The content. The sales calls. The consistency. The uncomfortable conversations. The discipline to keep showing up when the excitement wears off. Most breakthroughs don’t come from a brand new strategy. They come from recommitting to the fundamentals and staying consistent long enough for the results to compound. So don’t use June to reinvent yourself. Use it to get re-aligned. Review your goals. Get honest about where you’ve been inconsistent. Simplify the plan. And recommit to the habits that actually create momentum. If you stayed consistent for the next 30 days, where could your business or your life look different by July 1st?

🚀 AI Is Reshaping Jobs, But the Real Question Is How Fast We Adapt
The conversation around AI and jobs often starts with fear. Will roles disappear? Will tasks be automated? Will people be left behind? These are real questions, but they are not the only questions. A more useful one for most of us is this, how quickly can we learn to work differently? Because in the near term, the biggest shift may not be that every job vanishes. It may be that many jobs change faster than people feel ready for. That makes adaptability a time issue. ------------- The Real Pressure Is the Speed of Change ------------- For many teams, AI is not arriving as one big transformation. It is arriving in small, uneven waves. A writing task changes because drafting is faster. A research task changes because summaries are easier to generate. A meeting changes because notes and action items can be captured automatically. A customer support process changes because AI can suggest responses. A manager’s role changes because more information can be analyzed before the meeting even starts. At first, these changes may seem small. But together, they alter what good work looks like. The person who used to be valued mainly for producing a first draft may now be valued more for editing, shaping, and applying judgment. The person who used to spend hours collecting information may now be valued more for deciding which information matters. The person who used to move slowly because they needed every instruction spelled out may now be expected to test, iterate, and improve faster. That can feel uncomfortable. It is not just a tool change. It is an identity change. When AI speeds up part of our work, we may have to rethink where our value lives. That is not always easy, especially for people who built confidence through years of being good at the old version of the task. This is why time-to-competence matters. When work changes, the advantage goes to the people and teams who can move through the learning curve faster. Not perfectly. Not instantly. But intentionally. They do not wait until the new way feels obvious. They build small experiments, compare results, and adjust before the gap becomes too large.

Lack of automation AROUND AI kills generative AI gains
The deeper and more serious I am getting into personal AI, the more obvious it has become to me that handling the more stuff I am generating with AI is eaten up by its administration: faster reporting gets more reports. Greater access to information results in more information to tag, archive, describe, organize, handle... so that it is not lost after a few months. More files. Bloated Databases. Many different AI and non-AI systems to feed. And all this meta-level stuff cannot be optimized by AI because it's all about NEW creative stuff, projects, organizations, etc. AI has no role model it could have learned from, and it's not the kind of CONSISTENT and STRUCTURED data current AI can learn from at all. So, finally, I ended up with more that has taken a lot of additional time to keep it actionable and relevant for the long run. Or to put it bluntly, this increased productivity on single tasks did not earn me a dime. Not by money, but even worse - not by time, because all these gains were immediately eaten up on the meta-level where the "more" cannot be absorbed the old way. When just parts of the overall-supply-chain is on warp speed, your business is not, as overall delivery speed is still defined by the slowest link. So, I have put my focus on the "classy" automation of everything AROUND AI output, starting with CopyQ Clipboard -Manager, which has turned whatever I copy from AI output into a real-time dispatching and journaling machine that automates the "post-production" handling of AI generated output - and here is the banana- I do this kind of automation the old way. Not AI, but classy automation stuff. And only THIS has turned my AI-supported production stuff into a real powerhouse. If we just create more AI output that doesn't AUTOMATICALLY show up in and work towards its final pay-channel, we are not there. We are just bloating parts of the machine, but not production as such. However, making such full automation a reality, is according to me, still old-school automation business that is not learned over the weekend.

How I automated my LinkedIn outreach with n8n + Puppeteer (11h/week saved)
LinkedIn outreach is one of those tasks that everyone knows they should do, but nobody actually wants to spend time on. I was in the same boat. As a developer, I figured: why not automate the repetitive parts and keep the human touch where it matters? Here's the stack I built: n8n as the workflow engine — fully visual, self-hosted, no black boxes Puppeteer for browser automation — handles the LinkedIn UI safely AI (GPT-4) for message personalization — reads prospect profiles, writes contextual messages that don't sound like templates Supabase for the database — tracks connections, conversations, follow-ups The workflow basically does: ✅ Finds prospects by keyword and sends connection requests ✅ AI writes a personalized message based on their profile ✅ Tracks who replied and auto-follows up after 3 days ✅ Respects LinkedIn daily limits (stays way under the radar) The key insight: don't automate the human part. Automate the clicking, typing, and remembering. The AI handles personalization, but the strategy stays human. Result: 11+ hours freed up every week. And my response rate went up because I was actually consistent. If you're thinking about automating your outreach — n8n + Puppeteer is a solid combo. Happy to share more details about the setup!
