I once heard a line that stuck with me:
You’re only as happy as your unhappiest child. If you’re a parent, you instantly get it. What surprised me is how often this shows up in business and life too. You can have 90% of things going right…and your mind still locks onto the one thing that feels off. The conversation you’re avoiding. The decision you keep delaying. The loose end you keep telling yourself you’ll deal with “later.” And the tricky part is this…That unresolved piece doesn’t stay contained. It fractures your focus. Clouds your judgment. Quietly drains energy from what is working. Sometimes it even follows you home. Here’s the shift that actually changes things: Find the constraint. Face it. Fix it. Because when your mind isn’t busy avoiding something, it finally has the bandwidth to amplify what’s already going right. So I’m curious…What’s the one thing you’ve been tolerating that’s quietly taxing everything else? Drop it below if you’re open to sharing.
AI Advantage Summit
Hello, Is it possible to watch the recordings of the AI Advantage Summit? Please let me know if that's at all possible. Thank you, Jack Garcia
Starting With Nothing but Intention
Hey, my name is Hassan. Hope you all are doing well. The reason I joined this AI automation space is simple. I want to build something. But let’s be honest. There are many people here, even in this group, who are not capable of investing money upfront to buy tools and then start. I am one of them. Yes, there are many free courses available, but most of them still rely on paid tools. So how is someone like us supposed to move forward if we cannot afford those tools in the first place? That is why I believe those of you who already know how to build things should help people like us learn how to create something real using completely free methods. It could be an AI voice agent, a messaging agent, an AI website, anything. Build it for free first. Then sell it to local businesses around you. I know local businesses might not pay a huge amount compared to the hard work involved, but if you clearly show them how your solution helps fix their problem, you will still earn a decent amount. Once you earn your first dollar, things change. You can then afford paid courses, paid tools, and slowly build an AI agent agency or anything else you want. Even if someone comes forward and helps you for free, teaches you for free, and you still make excuses, then the problem is not resources. The problem is mindset. No one is coming to save you. No one is going to do the work for you. You have to remove the excuses, remove the distractions, and understand that the motivation and discipline you are looking for already exist inside you. I hope this message helps someone. I just want people like me to do something that would make their younger self proud when they look back years from now. I also do not have money to invest. I do not have a powerful PC to host AI agents. But I still need to try. I still need to do something. I hope someone experienced reads this and helps people like us take the first step and start building ourselves.

Excited & Overwhelmed
Hello everyone, my name is Olga, I'm happy to be here. Very excited for this event. I love Tony's energy, so I know this event is going to be LIT. I have been working and practicing different AI apps, ever since attending Alicia Lyttle's 3-day AI summit. I'm blown away by what we can do with it and a bit overwhelmed with learning it because there is so much to learn. Looking forward to connecting and learning all I can.
