Before You Plan 2026… Decide What You’re Done Carrying
There’s something about the space between Christmas and New Year’s that makes people want to stack plans. New goals. New habits. New pressure. It feels productive… but most of the time, it’s just more weight. Your next level isn’t hiding in what you add. It’s unlocked by what you finally say no to. No to commitments that drain you. No to goals you picked up out of obligation. No to habits that look good on paper but cost you energy. Growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about protecting your time, focus, and bandwidth so the right things can actually grow. Before you ask, “What do I need to do next year?” Ask this instead: "What am I done carrying into 2026?" That answer will shape your year more than any goal ever will. 👇Drop one thing you’re choosing to say no to next year.

Lead magnet + trust = leads.
Getting leads doesn’t have to feel gross or spammy. Most people make it complicated; they think they need fancy funnels or to blast a hundred DMs a day. That’s not it. The real way? Be human, show you actually care, and give something useful before asking for anything. Like Alex hormozi says, give so much value it would be DUMB not to take you up on your main offer. This is what i call the trust-magnet formula. I’ve found that if you actually take a minute to notice the other person - something about their work, their post, their problem - they respond so much more. Even just saying, “Hey, I saw your post about X and it really resonated with me” can make someone stop and actually read your message instead of ignoring it. Then, don’t pitch immediately. Give something small that helps them. Could be a tip, a quick template, a mini guide. anything that proves you know your stuff and that you’re here to add value, not just take. That’s where a lead magnet comes in. It’s your bridge. Something tiny, useful, and free that makes it easy for them to say yes. I usually send something like: “Hey, I saw your post about [topic] and I made a simple 3-step guide that could help with that. DM me if you want me to send it over.” Simple, human, no bullshit. Also free trials work. Show them that you can deliver value and are willing to do it for free for the first few times. But, put a time limit on it. It needs to be sacred. If you want, I have specefic strategies and even automations for personalized cold outreach and gmail outreach, just let me know if you need them!

Trying to change young lives with AI
Hello I’m a few days old here and all I wanted to do right now was learn as much as possible but ever since I decided to change my life, I would like to help our troubled youth so that they don’t waste their life away like I did. I would like to create something with AI that can help me reach out to young people that are heading in the wrong direction and try to help them but really try to help them because I went through some things that have left some of the worst prisoners shocked when I told my story and I don’t think no kid should ever have to live through trauma like that.. i feel like im still hear after all that because im supposed to help out youth. I’m still a long way but I would love some tips if anyone’s got any.. thank you guys
