When founders become the system
Something I’m noticing with founders using AI:
AI doesn’t reduce workload if decisions still live in your head.
When only one person knows:
–why something is done
– how exceptions are handled
– what “good” actually looks like
That’s not a tooling problem.That’s a system design problem.
