Voice Agent Feature?!!

Recently I have been working on voice agents in the industry of real estate but there's some clarification which I am seeking on the features to be delivered with this type of model.

I had like you guys to help me out on this one, I want to know what work for this type of industry, what additional features can I add on apart from just outbound calling and appointment scheduling(in short lead qualification). Based on the features I deliver, I can create different offers for my clients to choose from.

For example: Multiple CRM integrations or 24/7 support or dashboard integration or anything of this sort

I would love to hear your thoughts on this one and if someone has already worked in this, I would appreciate their help as well.
