Ugh what to do with a jummping or screen loading issue.

I recently started having issues with Claude. The best way I can describe it is as jumping screen or screen rolling issue and it appears to be a loading or memory issue.This happens when it starts to answer a question and as it loads it starts acting up. has anyone had this issue? when I ask Claude it tell me to reload or close or open that my chat was too long.

However it does not solve the issue and is now happening in other chats.
