I recently started having issues with Claude. The best way I can describe it is as jumping screen or screen rolling issue and it appears to be a loading or memory issue.This happens when it starts to answer a question and as it loads it starts acting up. has anyone had this issue? when I ask Claude it tell me to reload or close or open that my chat was too long. However it does not solve the issue and is now happening in other chats.

I've been doing some research and am concerned about the integrations with apps that allow cowork in Claude and the potential for security breaches, including backroom hackers accessing your private data. Does anyone else have concerns?

I’d like some honest input from this group. I’m not brand new to AI. I’ve been working with it consistently for about two years and I’d consider myself somewhere between intermediate and advanced. I understand the basics, I use it regularly, and I’m close to taking things to the next level. Where I’m stuck isn’t tools or prompts—it’s direction. I’m not looking to save time or automate a busy schedule. I’m retired. I have time. What I’m trying to figure out is:How do I actually build something meaningful with AI? Something that can grow into income or even a long-term asset. Most of what I’m seeing here seems geared toward beginners or busy professionals. So my question is:Is there anyone here building something real from the ground up with AI? If so, I’d really appreciate hearing what direction you chose and why. I’m not looking for hype—just real experience.

I’m not sure what lead me to this thinking. Thinking of yesterday’s part 2. Thinking of the left and the right side of the brain. Thinking of day one the heart and brain in harmony. While brushing my teeth this morning, looking in the mirror at my under armor shirt. I seen the logo = heart, mind, the left, the right, myself in the center of the logo. harmony = using energy for motivation to accomplish life. I’ve been thinking in life of how to achieve a better life. I stumbled on a book about EP or executive presence. What is taught starts with the harmony. Millionaire Success Habits by Dean Graziosi let me see business in a different light. I’m learning a lot in this summit. Seeing things differently and taking lots of notes. Thanks!

In the 2025 AI Advantage last year, token limits were barely talked about. Just in the past few weeks, Anthropic, the company that makes Claude AI, has introduced several new models and has adjusted they way they "tokenize" in the AI system, resulting in millions of complaints. The tokens on Claude's free plan are so severely limited now, it is pushing almost everyone except the most casual users onto their paid plans. Despite all the complaints, Claude is a great AI tool (in my opinion, one of the best) and I asked it to make a BEGINNER FRIENDLY document to guide users on how to save their tokens and optimize their interactions with the AI. I hope this saves you a lot of time, trouble, and tokens. If you are beginning to use AI please use this as a guideline on how to interact with AI chat models like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and so forth, the suggestions here apply to all AI models.
