Looking to implement AI into my business

Hello I'm Eric. I operate an independamt auto repair facility. We've optimized everything externall to go from a stagnant 1-9 years and exploded our revenues in year 10. Projections are very high in 2026. We've dominated our market share, we've gained 40% more business in 1 year by marketing into areas with multiple shops and and targeting a 35 mile radius. Used ChatGPT to create SOP's for the operation, used it to gain industry knowledge on things we were missing and acted upon it.

Now we have a formulated objective to expand to 2 more locations by end 2026 and 9 locations in a year's..

I want to learn how to use A1 and automation to have each shop operate efficently and profitable. And I want to learn if A1 can help us gain leverage in the upcoming acquisitions we intend on pursuing.
