Getting unstuck

I am very excited and I'm sure that all the training that we are gtting will allow us to make some amazing strides in using AI for our lives. However, being the fact that this is a paid Bootcamp, I would like to know who and how do we reach out if we get stuck? I put a post in this community last week with a very detailed explanation of where I am stuck and I have not received the support that I thought that we should be able to expect. Perhaps this is my fault because I asked the question in the wrong place. Is there anyone in the community that can reply to this message and tell me where should a person look for actual support in the AI Advantage Bootcamp training?
