I am very excited and I'm sure that all the training that we are gtting will allow us to make some amazing strides in using AI for our lives. However, being the fact that this is a paid Bootcamp, I would like to know who and how do we reach out if we get stuck? I put a post in this community last week with a very detailed explanation of where I am stuck and I have not received the support that I thought that we should be able to expect. Perhaps this is my fault because I asked the question in the wrong place. Is there anyone in the community that can reply to this message and tell me where should a person look for actual support in the AI Advantage Bootcamp training?

During last weeks training, Igor went too fast for me a newbie. I got lost doing the markdown file for the personal DNA. I am now watching the replay and I am following it along. I have run into a problem. When I get to the point where I have saved the personal dna and it tells you to download it, I get error messages and it shows that I don't have the right type of format to download it. I am attaching 2 screenshots that hopefully show what I am seeing and maybe someone can help me past this step. I don't want to continue and go down the wrong path because I can't save this as shown in the training video. Hopefully, this is the right place to ask for this support.
