Go to Claude and Take a folder that has a lot of "stuff" in it.
Prompt:
I need you to audit a folder structure and create a dashboard that organizes everything I need to catch up on.
Folder location: [INSERT_PATH]
Process:
- Start with the most recently created/modified files first
- Review every file and classify it as: Archive - completed work, reference material, or historical context Active - ongoing projects or work in progress Action Required - needs a decision, review, or next step
- Identify any patterns, duplicates, or organizational gaps
Output: Create a dashboard that includes:
- A summary of what's in the folder (count of files by type/status)
- All links organized by category (Archive | Active | Action Required)
- Key metadata (date modified, file type, brief purpose)
- Next steps or quick wins I can tackle immediately
Goal: Help me see the full landscape so I can reconnect with my process and know what's actually in flight.
