I changed one thing in my AI process which makes me much more efficient!
Instead of "summarize this", I wrote: "Extract every key decision. Output as a table: Decision, Owner, Deadline, Source Page. If any field is unclear, write UNCLEAR."
I got a paste-ready table in 15 seconds. No reformatting. No re-reading.
The rule: if you're going to reformat AI output, you prompted it wrong. Tell it the exact format you need before it starts generating.
