AI Jumpstart Playbook & confusion about program outcome. 👀

I just checked out the CLASSROOM tab and found the AI JUMPSTART PLAYBOOK. In essence, it directs me to select my ai system, and then train my system (chatgpt Plus for me) by inserting the prompt script.

I have been working with my chatgpt plus subscription since March 2025. It knows my business very well (and it has quite the sense of humor).

The shortcomings with chatgpt for me are: It omits important data, I can't format the data, there is no file structure or organization, I lose data after 60 days, and...I cannot get it to be consistent with with the output - meaning my SOPS get changed randomly - it forgets or shifts things. Ugh.

My hope was that AI Advantage would help me build a "dashboard" or skin to overlay chatgpt - particular to my business needs - so it, and I, can be more effective with its output, I hoped ai advantage would bridge ,and reduce, these many shortcomings.

I don't know what comes after the beginning of the AI advantage Playbook?

Once I follow the steps in playbook - I do not understand how i will reach the level that chaptgpt will automate tasks?

What I truly seek is - how can i get my ai engine - chatpgt - to be more organized in what it spits out?

I really crave a well done set of baseline SOPs for the many areas of my biz.

Also: hIgh level flow charts would be swell!

Trying to plead with chatgpt to create reliable and consistent flowcharts is useless - my tears have no effect on it. LOL

Can anyone help me understand if I what I seek as an outcome to ai advantage program - in regard to creating - and then consistently updating the SOPs - is something I will walk away with at the end of 30 days?
