How to be consistent with cold outreach?

I'm in medspa niche. I've been doing cold DMs for like last 14 days and have booked 2 meetings by far. Now, I don't know How's that working out for other people here but I'm finding it difficult to do the outreach. I mean, I'm DOING it, but I feel like I'm only doing it for the sake of doing it. I'm not being creative and last 3 days were awful.... prolly booked 0 meetings :/
