Hi everyone! I am so incredibly glad you’re here. If you’ve ever felt like you’re drowning in IEP paperwork, exhausted by the morning routine before 8:00 AM, or just searching for someone who actually gets what it’s like to parent a brilliant, high-energy, neurodivergent child—you have found your village. I started this group because I know that while our children are extraordinary, the path to supporting them can be overwhelming. As a therapist and a parent, I’ve seen firsthand that we can’t show up for our kids if we are running on empty ourselves. This is a space for practical strategies, advocacy tools, and parenting support. I would love to know your child’s age, their strengths and challenges.
