Members work through 45 commands in order and prove each one with five submissions: baseline attempt, measurable progress, controlled mastery, real-world mastery, and reflection. If it isn’t documented, it didn’t happen.
Before Command 1 unlocks, you complete Inner Command and Outer Order within 30 days. No excuses.
Rank is earned. Authority is conditional. Inactivity removes privilege.
Level 45 is earned in a live Audit under time pressure.
