Introduction: Jamil El Srouji
Hi everyone,
I'm new to Acquisitions.com and excited to be here. I'm based out of South Florida and have a background in real estate. I am a Florida-licensed real estate broker, general contractor, and community property manager.
I'm looking to acquire a property management company in the state of Florida, ideally in South Florida. My target is a company doing at least $750K+ in revenue with existing management structures. Ideally, I would love it if the company has a landscaping division as well.
