Dear White Men Day 2 Awesomeness
Attended Day 2 of the Dear White Men series. Wow, awesome insights from all the speakers. I plan to connect with all of them. Was very interested in what Marc had to say about his experience with music. Thank you so much to all of the speakers for being so open and vulnerable and sharing wisdom that helps illuminate the work ahead. I'm really beginning to understand the importance and the magnitude of what is needed and that, as a white woman, I have a grave responsibility to not sit back and coast...not that I could coast TOO much (I am part of the LGBT alphabet soup and my partner is trans) but it certainly would be easy and possible sometimes. Again, thank you to all who are a part of this. I look forward to working together!
