Read This First: The Standard of the Able Father
If you are reading this, you are likely a father who is tired of feeling "beaten by life." You’ve felt the joint pain, the fading energy, and the frustration of knowing you aren't leading your family with the physical authority you once had. I started The Able Father because I refuse to accept that "Dad Bod" and chronic pain are the final chapters for us. This community is built on two pillars: 1. Physical Sovereignty: Reclaiming a body that can run, lift, and play without permission from your injuries. 2. Moral Legacy: Building a life so successful that we can fund the future for the next generation. (A portion of our revenue goes directly into a fund for youth development). How to use this community: - The Gift (ZERO+): Look in the "Classroom." The ZERO+ program is my gift to you. It’s the foundation for pain-free joints. Use it. It works. - The Brotherhood: We don't just "post workouts." We hold each other to the Sovereign Standard. - The Reset: For the men who are ready to stop testing and start winning, we offer the 90-Day Sovereign Reset. This is our elite, paid transformation track. I am currently training for an Ironman to prove that these methods work. I am not a "trainer", I am a father in the trenches with you. Start Here – ZERO+ Home Foundation
Welcome to The Able Father. ZERO+ is a free, home-based joint health program designed to help you feel better in your body again. This is not a challenge. It’s not about pushing through pain. It’s about restoring confidence, movement, and long-term health. How to start: 1. Go to the Classroom 2. Open ZERO+ Home Foundation 3. Begin with the Welcome lesson 4. Follow the week as written (A1 – B – A2) Move slowly. Scale when needed. Stop while you still feel good. If you feel better after a session, it’s working. You’re welcome to repeat this week as long as you want.

This course is about why most training fails fathers, and how to think differently so training actually fits real life. If you’re new here, I recommend starting with Start Here, then moving into Course 1 at your own pace. Nothing here is rushed. This community is being built long-term, with durability in mind — just like the training philosophy itself.
