So, I’ve been feeling super adhd-y this week and really struggling to concentrate and finish things. My brain has literally felt like someone had a pen and was scribbling in circles creating a beautiful chaotic mess! So, I was determined to get something on the list ticked off today… went for a walk amongst the flowers listening to a podcast, got a sweat up, and now I feel 6000 times better!!
Also listened to some cool shit and one of my fav tech podcasts! 10/10 recommend 😬🙌🫶
