what is klaviyo and mailchimp?
Im completely new to the copywriting space.
i understand these automation softwares are for sending to your clients email list
but what if my client doesn't do business through shopify rather a website? how will flows be set up?
and as a copywriter am i expected to fully set up the clients klaviyo system? or just tell them to figure it out and just be logged in?
do i simply use it to send them the emails and expect them to set everything else up like flows etc.
i just need help on this whole topic, i dont understand what to do after bagging a client, ty in advance for any replies. <3
