👉 Question:
From @snzo0889 *“Hey Tyson,
I've been pretty worried lately,
After I get a client and he/she agrees that I will write their copy, am I also the one to send the emails to their list?
Do I also do their automations and
Is copywriting gig and email marketing one and the same?”*
👉 Answer:
Well, you don’t HAVE to send the emails, or write the automations…
Unless the clients hire you to.
Copywriting is the skill of writing the emails.
Whereas email marketing itself does often include sending them, managing the list, setting up automations, and analyzing stats.
So, they’re kinda related, but not to be confused with each other.
Some clients will want you to just “write the words”, but others will want you to get dug into their email service provider.
That’s why it’s always important to ask what they’re in need of.
If they need the full package and you’re up for it, you can charge more.
But if not, it’s totally okay to just focus on writing.
Hope that clears it up 💪
