The broke 500k follower trap
Most copywriters' outreach sucks.
But not for the reasons you might think.
Every time they sit down to find prospects to outreach to...
They aim at the wrong targets.
Here's what I mean:
They'll DM some Instagram "whale" with 500k followers, and if they get a reply?
Boom... they're already dreaming about the Lambo they're buying next month. 😂
But here's the reality:
A lot of these massive accounts are just influencers selling some cheap products.
They're not real businesses, and they won't be able to pay you.
So?
When you're outreaching, you need to be way more careful about who you're targeting.
Your prospects HAVE to sell a high-ticket program, coaching, or some kind of premium offer.
Otherwise, you're just wasting your time and energy on people who can't afford you anyway.
Put your efforts in the right direction, and you'll see the results of your hard work.
But hold on!
