Should I do this when sending value?

You can send a doc or PDF attached, both work.
Sending a link is also a good idea if it is a Google Drive link and it looks trustworthy.
If you attach a file, it could be worth adding the drive link too, just in case…
You want it to be as easy as possible for the prospect to read your value, so giving them multiple options can help.
