Question for client acquisition?

Hey guys how's everything going? I have a question on how to get prospects to reply me. By now, everyone has been ghosting me, so I'm trying to reach out to small business owners in the same niche. I'm doing this on IG but idk how to find small accounts since the algorithm shows big accounts more.

So does anyone have a tip to find small business owners? This would help a lot!
