Prospect research

For prospect research, how do I systemise and speed up the research? I am not lazy and I am willing to put in effort to do research, is just with all the points needed to look at, is really time consuming and is not sustainable for mass outreach.

Additional, to receive 5-10 email from mailing list, I need to wait few days or even week for the email to come through, that is a huge amount of time wasted, how to skip this wait while able to identify prospect's problem?
