How to make an offer?

Hi there. I have been outreaching to prospects on Instagram. I used the icebreaker method by asking them a question about their product. I had a conversation going on with a couple of them for a week now.

I don't know what to do now. They believe now I am interested in getting one of their products. How do I transition from this state to offer them my service?
