Been watching Tyson4D for a while, Now confused how to start copywriting and what to do first

Hey guys I have been watching Tyson 4D for a while now and just joined this community today. I'm pretty convinced by copywriting but struggling to start because I don't know what to do first. Should I first start by practicing my copywriting and build my copywriting practice portfolio or should outreach to prospects first. It's a humble request from a fellow copywriter can someone pls guide me in the reply section. GENUINLY NEED YOUR GUYS HELP
