All members can take part in group video calls every Saturday morning, designed to build accountability, mindset and momentum. You’ll also receive 1-to-1 video calls as part of your membership, giving you personal support, guidance and clarity when you need it.
Every member starts with an introductory video call, where lifestyle, habits, goals, and challenges are discussed so your experience can be tailored specifically to you.
