So very very happy with my first custom strategy - so great having

's thoughts and perspectives on something that has been absolutely bugging me for ages now and I couldnt work out why.

I have started to make some small and simple changes with how I am approaching my communication with patients.

It's not super pretty or fancy but it is honest and simple and I like it.
