Right on, David! 👊🏽 I’ve come across sober living as an investment model before, but never really stopped to take a serious look at it. My focus and interest has been more on Section 8 real estate, but I’m always open to learning about other solid ways to deploy business funding.

I really appreciate you bringing different opportunities like this to the community and connecting the funding side with actual ways to put the capital to work. I’m definitely interested in hearing Jennifer and Will break down the numbers, operations, and how this works in the real world.
