Welcome to Men's Health Reset.
Glad you're here. Whatever brought you in; low energy, no drive, feeling like a shadow of yourself — you're not the only one, and it's more fixable than it feels right now. Here's how to get the most out of this: 1. Start with the fundamentals Go through the lessons and work through the basics first — sleep, nutrition, sunlight, stress. This isn't the exciting part, but it's the foundation everything else is built on. Skip it and the rest won't stick. These lessons focus primarily on testosterone. This is the male hormone responsible for your drive, libido, and overall sense of well-being. 2. Build the habit, not just the knowledge Reading a lesson doesn't change anything on its own. Pick one thing, apply it this week, move to the next. Small, consistent action beats trying to fix everything at once. 3. Track your progress Sleep, energy, strength, weight — whatever's relevant to you. Numbers don't lie, and they'll show you what's working even when it doesn't feel like it yet. 4. Use the group Post your questions, your results, your setbacks. Iron sharpens iron — this works better as a group effort than something you figure out solo in silence. What's inside - Step-by-step lessons on the fundamentals — sleep, nutrition, training, stress - Practical routines built for real results - A space to ask questions and get real answers - Men working on the same thing, holding each other accountable No fluff, no hype. Just the fundamentals, applied consistently. Start with lesson one. Let's go

Fixed my "low testosterone" symptoms, turns out it was never diet or supplements. It was my nose.
For the past months, I did everything right and still felt like garbage every morning. - Clean diet, eggs and avocados for the fats - Full supplement stack (zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, the usual suspects) - Blue light blockers every evening - Consistent sleep schedule, dark room, all of it And yet I kept waking up exhausted. Not "meh, tired", actually wrecked, like I hadn't slept at all. I assumed it had to be diet, stress, or maybe just low test from training too hard. Tried adjusting everything. Nothing worked. Turns out the whole time I had a partially blocked nose, swollen turbinates, probably from long-term AC exposure while sleeping. I didn't even think about it, but it can really fuck up your sleep and testosterone. Waking up gasping or breathing through your mouth all night absolutely tanks your sleep, even if you don't consciously remember it. Started using nasal strips and a short course of nasal spray to bring the swelling down, and the difference has been night and day. Actually waking up rested for the first time in ages. Moral of the story: if you've optimized diet, sleep hygiene, and supplements and still feel like death in the mornings; check your nose. Try breathing through each nostril one at a time before bed. If one side is clearly more blocked, that might be your actual bottleneck, not your macros. Wish I'd checked this a year ago instead of endlessly tweaking my diet.
