Hi, I’m Mel. I’m really glad you’re here.
I’ve walked through my share of trauma, loss, and heartbreak — experiences that left me feeling lost, heavy, and disconnected from myself. Healing and spirituality have been my lifeline through it all, and that’s why I created this space: a gentle, supportive place where we can explore, grow, and heal together. I’m a Reiki Master and intuitive, but more than any title, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel broken… and also to find your way back to light, clarity, and self-trust. I should probably introduce my little shadow and soul pup, Paisley. She’s the sweetest, most loving little ball of fluff — part angel baby, part emotional support gremlin. She’s fiercely loyal, especially to me, and she has this uncanny ability to sense people’s energy. She loves babies and children, drawn to their innocence, but when it comes to adults… she’s extremely selective. If Paisley approves, you’re golden. If not… well, she’s usually right. 😂 This is a no-pressure space — a soft place to land, share your journey, and heal at your own pace.I’m excited to meet you, walk this path with you, and share a little magic along the way.

New Moon Group Reiki Session
The new moon is on June 15th! The Group Reiki Session is scheduled @ 9PM EST. This session is for ALL members! You don't need to do anything to receive the energy but I suggest that you find a comfy, quiet spot if you can. Just relax and enjoy. The session will last about 30 minutes. Tap into Your Inner Light During Tough Times
A heart-centered guide to finding peace through energetic practices and mindset shifts When life feels heavy and uncertain, it’s easy to lose sight of your inner radiance—the part of you that is eternally wise, loving, and whole. But even in the darkest moments, your light is never gone. It may be dimmed, but it’s still there—waiting to be remembered, nurtured, and reignited. This guide will help you reconnect with that sacred inner spark through gentle energetic practices and soulful mindset shifts designed to help you breathe, soften, and return to yourself. 1. Begin with Breath: Returning to the Present In moments of overwhelm, your breath becomes your anchor. Close your eyes. Inhale deeply through your nose… and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this a few times. Notice how the world softens when you simply allow yourself to be. Practice: Try “Box Breathing” — Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Repeat for 4 rounds. This calms the nervous system and brings clarity. 2. Ground Your Energy: Rooting Into Safety When everything feels chaotic, grounding brings you back to center. Simple grounding techniques: - Walk barefoot on the earth - Visualize golden roots extending from your feet into the earth - Hold grounding crystals like black tourmaline, hematite, or smoky quartz - Use affirmations: “I am safe. I am held. I belong.” 3. Shift the Inner Dialogue: Speak to Yourself with Love Your inner voice is powerful. If it’s filled with fear or judgment, you may unconsciously dim your own light.Instead, choose to speak gently to yourself—even when things are hard. Mindset shift: Instead of “I can’t do this,” try “This is hard, but I am growing through it.” Create a mantra that supports you.✨ “Even in the darkness, I am light.” 4. Connect with the Divine Within Whether you call it Source, the Universe, your higher self, or simply inner wisdom—this connection is your compass. Ways to reconnect: - Place your hand on your heart and whisper, “What do I need right now?” - Journal stream-of-consciousness to hear your inner voice - Meditate with soft music or silence, inviting peace to return - Light a candle as a symbol of your inner light being reignited
