Webinar #2 : Basics of emotional regulation
Next Monday, we're diving into the basics of emotional regulation. Many neurodivergent people spend years living in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn without ever realizing their nervous system is stuck there. In this class, you'll learn how to recognize the different states of your nervous system, understand what they're trying to accomplish, and discover practical ways to move between them. Most importantly, we'll explore how to regulate without invalidating yourself. How to make space for your feelings instead of fighting them. How to find peace and joy not because you're ashamed of your sensitivity, but because you finally understand it. You don't need to become less sensitive, you deserve to feel safe being exactly who you are.
