If I’m starting something new, I usually begin with a 6-month goal.
Then I break that goal down into monthly goals and weekly goals.
I want my weekly goals to add up to my monthly goal.
And I want my monthly goals to keep moving me toward my 6-month goal.
That helps me stay focused.
It also helps me know whether I’m making real progress or just staying busy.
Small weekly wins add up.
And when the weekly goals are clear, the bigger goal feels a lot more possible.
