Hey Loretta, I love your name, Loretta. I love what you are doing to help women and help horses. I’m so glad you joined! It does sound like we share the same philosophy about horses. So often, what people call a “bad horse” is really a confused, frightened, or frustrated horse trying to understand what the human is asking. When we kick, pull, cluck, and give several different signals at once, the horse may not be refusing—he may simply be overwhelmed and unsure which answer is right. I believe we’re going to have some great conversations in Horseman Rising. I’m excited to get to know you, learn more about your experience with horses, and see how we can help each other—and help more horses and people along the way! Looking forward to talking to you. Larry
