So proud of these two! Kelvin started with me a while ago and has completely changed his body composition after losing over 2 1/2 stone. His lovely misses Caz joined after and has overcome SO many barriers! Let me tell you, she has done incredible. Not just dropping kg's & inches but the shift in her mindset has been so inspiring to be part of.
