When your emotions are running hot, is it better to react, or cool down and respond mindfully?

Just ended our latest Green Room sesh with @Christopher Allis!! Lots of words of wisdom. My favorites being High Quality / Low Ego... and also LISTENING! You don't gotta play all the notes in the rainbow. More often than not, the magic comes from just listening, knowing your instrument, and not thinking.. just doing.
