Looking for 2-3 strong closers (commission-based, high ticket)

I run a premium video editing service for creators and personal brands.

We deliver talking-head edits at the level of the world’s top content creators (Iman Gadzhi–tier and above) high-authority visuals for both short-form and long-form content.

Quality is already proven.

We’ve been referral-only until now and are opening limited slots.

I’m looking for 1–2 closers who can source and close deals via DMs.

Deal size

• Typical: $1k–$3k

• Bundles & retainers often hit $3k–$5k+

Commission

• 20% base

• 25% if you close 2 clients in a month

• 30% if you close 3+ clients in a month

Bonuses available for strong performance.

If things go well and you prove consistency, I’m open to moving into a commission + fixed salary structure long-term.

• One-time commission per client

• Paid after payment clears
