I run a AI agency .there we provide customized solution to the businesses a combination of chatbots, voice assistant and AI automations to the industries like Real estate. health care. fitness and wellness . e-commerce etc.Our expertise is we can audit the business process first identify bottle necks and then discover and implement customized growth infrastructure.
I’m looking for 5 closers who can source and close deals.
Deal size
• Typical: $6k–$60k
• Bundles & retainers often hit $3k–$5k+
Commission
• 20% base
• 25% if you close 2 clients in a week
• 30% if you close 3+ clients in a week
Bonuses available for strong performance.
If things go well and you prove consistency, I’m open to moving into a commission + fixed salary structure long-term.
• One-time commission per client
• Paid after payment clears
If you’re confident and strong connections with B2B , this is very straightforward money.
