Successful people take their health seriously, if you have discipline to keep a fit body you show you have discipline for whatever it is your being hired to do. Something that as I grow as an entrepreneur, I see is the truth in day-to-day life.

Most people, women especially, say I'll get fit when I have time, I need to get my career before I get fit, or when life slows down, I'll get fit. WRONG Life will always be busy getting fit helps build discipline and helps everything fit in line. Get your epic body back now don't wait until the perfect time there is no such thing.

If you only EVER get one thing from this page let it be this FOOD is EVERYTHING! You can work out and do all the right exercises but if you're winging your food you're spinning your wheels. I have recently started doing Factor meals because I am a Mom and a business owner and dinner most nights is at 7pm. I don't enjoy cooking and I'd be spending money on food wasting in the fridge anyway. With a meal prep service I don't have to think. I recommended a client who is young, very active, not losing weight to try Factor and in just 3 weeks has lost 7lbs. I asked her thoughts and she said she doesn't ever know what to make this way she just has to worry about breakfast. She eats Factor for lunch and dinner and is loving the results.
