I want to not only save as much on taxes as I can, but I also want to profit from them. I am so sick of letting the government hold my money all year when I could be using it to earn more money. I want my money to do multiple things for me at once. This will change my whole investment outlook and provide additional funds for more investments in my life and my children's lives.
We are just beginning our adventure of purchasing our first Short Term Rental and are very excited to get started and looking forward to growing our business and expanding our portfolio.
Our number one challenge is setting the Business side of it up for success, maximizing the money we have up front to be able to grow and expand at a quicker rate and the lack of knowledge to navigate the legalities of the system.
