Hello! My name is Karey and I'm new here! I've been following Ryan for a while now knowing that for wealth preservation we need a strategist on board. I'm finally taking the plunge. Holding you to the money back guarantee Ryan! 😀 We own 1 cabin in Ohio. Our biggest challenge (the one little domino to start this journey as he says in the instructional video) is if we should do a 1031 exchange or just do a regular sell/buy and cost seg our 2nd property. Def need tax planning in the months ahead. We also have some inheritance money coming down the line and how to merge that into our regular finances without getting nailed on taxes...ugh. I'm friends with Stacey St. John in the female investor space so I know my way around the STR world and am familiar with some of the names in the industry but have so much to learn on the taxes side. So here I am! Happy to be here.
