Putting STR mortgages into LLC's
Hi- we are restructuring our growing STR portfolio and needing to put each of our properties into LLC's. We have 4 STR's. Should we put each property into into it's own LLC or we've also been told we could put 2 properties into 2 LLC's. Look forward to hearing about other people's experience.
