Answering the quesitons from the intro video.
- Why do I want to save money on taxes? Hoping to execute this STR Tax Loophole correctly to help offest our W2's to then come in with a decent downpayment on our next STR, hopefully being able to repeat the process to boost our portfolio.
- Where are you in the journey? My wife and I closed on our first STR, beach house in Florida on Friday. Prepping and working on it right now to get ready for guests hopefully before 1 October.
- Number 1 challenge for me right now would be the lack of understanding of tax code/taxes in general. Tie that with the lack of time available to learn it. If I could easily understand/quickly understand it all, it would definitely help.
