Hello everyone! I am on my first STR journey and have been "obsessed" with it as there is so much to learn. We have 2 long term rentals that we are planning to sell to redeploy the capital. I have a W2 currently but will like to replace my W2 income in 3-5 years with STR. I would like to be location agnostic as I have two kids that I would like to travel with during the summer. I am currently researching the STR framework and trying to figure out how to set it up. The framework makes sense but I think the devils in the details in this journey. My target market area for my first STR is in the Poconos. I would love to chat with others who are in the beginning stages or have STR in the Poconos. Thanks all.
