Good to be a part of the community!

Hey everyone! My wife, two boys and I are based in the SLC area and are just starting our RE investing journey. Look forward to connecting with you all and learning as much as I can. Thanks Ryan for all the content!

Saving on taxes will allow us to keep reinvesting in cash flowing assets to build up an additional income stream, eventually leading to earlier retirement and freedom for my family. We have lofty travel goals and have so many bucket list trips to eventually take as well!

Planning to purchase our first STR by the end of the year. Working with Kenny & team at STR Insights to find the right one!
Our "one big domino" is probably pulling the trigger on our first STR and then learning as much as possible along the way to optimize and thoughtfully grow 📈
