🐋 Why do you want to save money on taxes?
I'd like to get closer to purchasing my first investment property.
🐙 Where are you right now in your journey? Just starting out? Own rentals? Flipping or doing STRs?
I am 23 and I own a software business that does about $70K/month. I think I will pay $40-60K this year in taxes after pulling all the strings I know how too. I'd like to take the money I am making from my software and diversify into RE.
🏖️ What’s your #1 challenge right now — your “big domino”? The one thing that would make everything else easier?
I am very ignorant in the tax savings & real estate space so I have a lot to learn.
